1 head cabbage (6 cups), finely shredded
2 medium carrots (about 1 1/4 cups), shredded
1 medium green pepper (1 cup), finely chopped
1 small red onion (1 cup), thinly sliced
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn oil
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl toss together cabbage, carrot, green pepper and onion.
Mix together vinegar, sugar, corn oil, celery seed and garlic salt.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator overnight.
