1 large and 1 regular size carton of chicken broth
1 large jar of salsa
1 block of Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
2 cans of Navy beans
1 lb. of skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in the broth until done. Take out of broth and let cool so you can shred it or cut it up into small pieces.
Let broth come back to boil. Sprinkle cheese into broth a little at a time while constantly stirring until the cheese melts completely. Repeat until you’ve melted all of the cheese in the broth.
Keep broth at low boil and add beans and salsa, stir to keep cheese from clumping. Add cut up chicken let it warm up and it’s done.
