2 lbs. hamburger meat
1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chow mein noodles
1/2 cup minute rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, green pepper, celery and onions together in skillet.
Mix together with rest of ingredients, and put in 2 baking pans.
This recipe may be cut in half for an average family.

Bake for 1 hour at 350º.

If you like a more meaty taste, add more hamburger than the recipe calls for.
