6-8 slices white -crust removed and buttered
14 eggs beaten with 2 cups milk
1 lb browned sausage (can substitute bacon or ham)
1 lb grated mild cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Spray or grease 9x13 baking pan. Lay bread side down along the bottom of pan (creating a crust). Sprinkle grated cheese over bread then sprinkle browned and drained sausage over cheese. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over all other ingredients. Refrigerate covered for a few hours or over night. Bake 350º for 45 min. Serve with salsa (optional).
