Cookie Dough

1½ c. Powdered Sugar
1 c. Butter, softened
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ tsp. Almond Extract
2½ c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix powdered sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and almond extract together.
2. Stir in flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours until cold.
3. Heat oven to 375º F. Divide dough into thirds. Roll dough to 3/16" thick on lightly floured board. Cut into shapes.
4. Bake 7-8 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
 

Frosting

3 c. Powdered Sugar
⅓ c. Butter
1½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
~2 tbsp. Milk

1. Mix all ingredients together, adding in milk slowly until desired consistency.
2. Allow cookies to cool before frosting. Decorate with sprinkles if desired!
