2 c. Flour
2 c. Granulated Sugar
1 c. Butter
1 c. Strongly Brewed Coffee
¼ c. Cocoa Powder
½ c. Buttermilk
2 large Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar.
2. In heavy saucepan, combine butter, coffee, and cocoa. Stir and heat to boiling. Pour boiling mixture over four and sugar.
3. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla extract. Mix well using high speed electric mixer.
4. Pour into a greased 17½x11 inch jelly roll pan.
5. Bake at 400º F for 20 minutes or until done in center.
 

Frosting

½ c. Butter
2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
¼ c. Milk
3½ c. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. In saucepan, combine butter, cocoa, and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
2. Take off heat and mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
3. Pour warm frosting over brownies when warm.
4. Cool and enjoy!
