Chicken and creamy mixture


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4-5 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breasts
Stick of butter
Salt and pepper
2 large family size Cream of Chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken until tender. Remove from water to cool.
Add butter, salt and pepper, and 2 cans of soup and stir all together until creamy
Shred chicken and add back to pot.
Bring to a low boil.
 

Dumpling Dough Balls


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 cups self-rising flour
Scoop of crisco shortening
1 c. of buttermilk


Directions:
Directions:
Nead together all ingredients with hands. If too stiff add a little luke warm water.
Pinch off balls, roll balls in flour to coat.
Add to boiling chicken and creamy mixture
Cook until done

I have also used Grands southern biscuits and cut into fours, rolled into balls and coated in flour.
