Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound Italian sausage
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup 1% milk
1 Tbsp oil
24 ounces pasta sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, sausage, garlic, parsely, parmesan, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, eggs, and milk. Mix until everything is fully infused together.
Roll in 4-5 ounce meatballs. For even amounts use a medium-sized ice cream scooper.
Over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp oil to the pan, and brown the meatballs on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until you create a nice crispy sear. Cook about half way through. They will finish cooking in the oven.
In a casserole dish, spread a few tablespoons of pasta sauce to the bottom of the pan to help prevent sticking. Then place meatballs in the casserole dish and add the remaining jar of pasta sauce. Top with 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and the meatballs are fully cooked.
Garnish with parsley.
