1 - 9" baked pie shell or graham cracker crumb crust
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice (from concentrate)
1 tsp vanilla
1 - 21 oz. can cherry pie filling, chilled *

Directions:
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared pie shell or graham crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with cherry pie filling before serving. Keep any leftovers refrigerated.

*can substitute strawberry pie filling if desired.

My Mom, Merilda Bilodeau, loved making this pie. She always kept the ingredients on hand so it could be made if she knew company was going to be stopping by. It is so yummy!!!
