5 cups peeled and sliced apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tsp grated orange rind
2 tbsp grand marnier
2 tbsp amaretto
3/4 c white sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples into greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle sugar, lemon and orange rinds and liquors on top of apples. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients with a pastry blender until crumbly. Pat mixture over apples. Bake, uncovered at 350 until top is lightly browned, approximately 1 hour.

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
