1 c. white rice
1 head of cabbage
1 small chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans of 4 oz. tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine beef, rice, egg, chopped onion, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Boil Cabbage (large leaves) for about 15 minutes to soften and let cool.

Ball beef mixture in a leaf and roll, stick a toothpick through leaf to hold together.

Place rolls in nonstick pot. Pour tomato sauce over adding enough water to cover rolls.

Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
