4 TB yeast
4 TB sugar
1 handful of salt
1 c. oil
8 c. warm water
Flour- whole wheat and white

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given and only enough flour to make nice soft dough. Shape into balls size of black walnuts. Place on pans and allow to rise. Bake 350º until golden.

Most of the saints in Aylmer make these buns. They are for weddings, funerals and an all purpose bread for the home. You rarely see a loaf of homemade bread there. It's usually these delicious buns.
