1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp curry
1/2 c butter
3 14 oz cans fruit, drained (choose a combination of pineapple, pears, peaches, apricots, mandarin oranges and/or fruit cocktail)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes. Pour over fruit in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Serve with baked ham or pork.
