4 ground beef patties
2 sliced onions
4 sliced potatoes
Several baby carrots
Shredded cabbage
1 Stick of butter
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Shape beef patty. Spray aluminum foil with vegetable spray. Place patty in center of aluminum foil piece. Layer Onion,
Potato, Carrots and Cabbage on top of patty. Salt and Pepper to liking. Add 4 pats of butter to top. Wrap tightly and place in a 350º oven for one hour.
