8 medium potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with the salt. Mash and mix with 1/2 pint of whipping cream until thick and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste and a sprinkle of the grated cheese. Put in a 9 x 13 casserole. Layer top with 1/2 pint cream whipped; sprinkle grated cheese of top and bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
