2 inch piece of Ginger root sliced
1 sliced lemon
2 cups filtered water


Directions:
Directions:
Bring the water to a boil add ginger and lemon bring back to a boil cover and remove from heat. Let steep for about 5 - 8 minutes. Strain into a pitcher add Honey if desired.

Also good with Rooibis Chai tea.
just steep a bag or two in with steeping the ginger and lemon.

This is a curing and healing tea. good for ulcers, nausea, cleans intestines and colon tracts.
