8-10 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk, divided
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1# Jimmy Dean sausage HOT
1# Jimmy Dean sausage reg or light

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in buttered 9x13 pan. Cover with cheese. Beat eggs with 2 cups milk. pour over bread and refrigerate over night. Dilute cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup of milk. Brown sausage and sprinkle on top of bread mixture. Pour soup mixture evenly over the top.

Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours or 350º for 1 hour.
