3# Halibut
! cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine all ingredients except Halibut and paprika. Place Halibut in a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish.
Spread mixture evenly over Halibut. Cover and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven and bake an additional10-15 minutes.

This recipe came from the Newport Fisherman's wives group. We sometimes put crab meat on the Halibut, under the sauce before baking. It is yummy!
