Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
¼ cup Louisiana style hot sauce
1 dash ground pepper
1 dash garlic powder
½ cup flour
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. salt
10 chicken wings

Directions:
Heat enough vegetable oil to cover wings to 375º. Combine butter, hot sauce, ground pepper and garlic powder over low heat until well blended. Combine flour, paprika, cayenne and salt. Unpack wings and dry them. Put them in a large bowl and sprinkle flour mixture to coat each wing evenly. Refrigerator 60 - 90 minutes (this helps the wings hold the breading when fried). Deep fry for 10 - 15 minutes until the tips start to turn dark brown. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel. Toss in the hot sauce to coat evenly.
