* 2 lbs ground beef
* 3 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
* 3 cups chopped onion
* 2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
* 1½ tsp seasoned pepper
* 2 - 15oz cans stewed tomatoes
* 1 - 29oz can tomato puree
* 2 - 29oz cans tomato sauce
* 1 - 15oz can tomato sauce
* 2 - 16oz cans Bushes light red Kidney Beans, drained
* 2 - 16oz cans Bushes Hot Chili Beans, don't drain
* 1 cup salsa
* 1½ cups water
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 3 tsp ground cumin
* 3 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions:
In a large kettle, brown ground beef, onions, garlic, seasoned salt and pepper. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauces and spices, simmer for 10 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer chili for 20 minutes. Serve in bowls with a dollop of sour cream, cheddar cheese, and frito corn chips.
* I use 1 quart of my home canned stewed tomatoes and 1 cup of my home canned salsa.
