1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground veal or pork
2 eggs
5 slices bread (soaked in milk)
⅛ cup olive oil
1 yellow onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic finely minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
½ tbsp dried thyme
1 small fistfull mint finely chopped
2 fists leaf parsley finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
Salt
Pepper
All purpose flour
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in milk. Make sure you squeeze all of the liquid out before adding bread to the meat mixture.

Mix everything together in a bowl. Let rest for 30 minutes

Shape balls little bigger of a walnut

Roll in all purpose flour and fry in oil until brown

You can serve these meatballs plain as cooked. Or you can boil some tomato sauce and some water till thickened and add your meatballs to the sauce and cook longer.
