* 4 Tbsp butter
* 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
* 1 cup Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips
* 2/3 cup heavy cream
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan over medium heat melt 3 Tbsp of butter. Stir in and melt chocolate chips and add brown sugar. Stir mixture to combine. Gradually add cream and cook, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in 1 Tbsp butter and vanilla. Serve as a topping for ice cream.
*If using a sweeter chocolate chip, you may want to cut back on sugar.
