1 /2 cup salted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 2/3 cup flour
2 cups Andes mint baking chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugars, egg and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in Andes baking chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheets. Add 1/2 tsp salt if using unsalted butter!
