16 oz soften cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 green onions finely chopped
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 small carrot,finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finally chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups finely chopped ,toasted pecans

Directions:

Beat all ingredients except pecans together with electric mixer. Spoon mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and form into a ball. Wrap ball tightly with plastic wrap and place in a bowl to retain shape. Chill for at least 2 hours. Roll in pecans and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers and veggies.
