Yummy Noodle Pudding Recipe

1 bag (8-oz) wide noodles
1 lb cottage cheese
lb cream cheese
lb soft butter or margarine
5 eggs
cup sugar
lb sour cream or yogurt
cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Sugar and cinnamon on top

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Using a mixmaster, mix all other ingredients, adding one at a time until mixture is smooth.
3. Add noodles when mixture is smooth.
4. Grease pan and pour in mixture.
5. Sprinkle top with additional sugar and cinnamon.
6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour in 9-inch square pan. (For 9" x 11" pan use 1 (10-oz) package of noodles.)
