1 (10 oz) package of Baker's semi-sweet chocolate squares
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
⅓ cup seedless raspberry jam
2 Tbsp raspberry brandy (Chambord)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a 1-quart microwavable glass bowl, combine butter and chocolate. Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in jam and brandy until well blended and smooth.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
4. Coat as desired.
