1 cup cake flour
1 red apple, sliced thin
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp water
½ stick butter
Cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º. Put sliced apple into pan.
2. Add sugar, honey, and water. Boil 5 minutes.
3. Remove apple slices and SAVE water; place on plate to cool.
4. Mix butter with 3 Tbsp apple water; add flour.
5. Knead until smooth; cut in half.
6. Roll thin with rolling pin.
7. Cut off ends and slice into equal 1-inch strips.
8. Layer 5 or 6 apple slices on dough; press down; roll into flowers.
9. Place flowers in cupcake paper and place into baking pan.
10. Bake at 325º for 15 to18 minutes .
11. Brush with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
