2 small boxes red Jello
½ cup sugar
2 cups hot water
1 (1-lb) can crushed pineapple
½ cup cold water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 (12-oz) package fresh cranberries
1 peeled orange
1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve Jello in two cups of hot water and ½ cup cold water. Add pineapple juice from can of crushed pineapple, and lemon juice.
2. Set in refrigerator ½ hour to thicken.
3. Chop fresh cranberries in food processor.
4. Cut peeled orange into small pieces.
5. Chop walnuts in food processor.
6. Add crushed pineapple to thickened mixture.
7. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
