1/2 stick garlic butter
3-4 lbs of turkey thighs
1/4c brown sugar
3/4-1 cup chicken broth
1 T liquid smoke
3/4cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp beau monde seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Place turkey in crock pot. In a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Pour over turnkey, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat can be pulled apart with 2 forks. Remove turkey from crock pot and remove bones. Shred meat and place back into the crock pot. Mix well with juices. Serve on buns. If the mixture is dry, add more chicken broth.
