2 garlic cloves (more is good too)
3/4 c olive oil
1 Tbsp pinenuts, walnuts or pecans
1/3 c freshly grated parmesean
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2-4 c of basil leaves washed

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except for the basil into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add in the basil a handful at a time and blend until all mixed well. This recipe is forgiving--a little more, a little less to your liking of any ingredients will still make yummy pesto. Serve with crackers, on noodles, or in your favorite dishes.
