1/2 C Butter
1 tsp vanilla
1C All-purpose Flour
3/4 C Confectioners Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
20 Maraschino Cherries, drained with Stems left on!
and Colored sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add confectioner suger and vanilla and cream again.
Blend in flour and salt.
Form into 1 inch Balls and then flatten.
Mold around the cherry and roll in the Colored Sugar.
Bake at 350º oven for 10-12 minutes.
they will look like Christmas Bells!
Note: Dough can be hard to work with if not mixed well or if they Cherries are wet.
