Simple Sugar:
1¾ cup white sugar
1 cup water

7 cups cold water
1½ cup fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate until chilled.

Pour 7 cups cold water into a pitcher. Add 1½ cups fresh lemon juice and chilled syrup. Enjoy over a glass of ice.
