1 can LeSeur Peas, drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Onion, chopped
1c Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 8oz can Water Chestnuts, chopped
1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz Cracker, crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop onion and saute’ In butter a couple of min, to soften.
2. Combine all ingredients except peas.
3. Then mix in peas and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with Ritz creacker crumbs mixed with melted butter.
4. Bake in oven at a low temp until heated through.
