200g (7oz) Small Shrimps
1-2 Red Chilies (optional)
1/8 tsp. Baking Powder
1c + 2tbs. Ice Water
2-4 tbs. Grape Seed or Canola Oil
1 tbs. Rice Vinegar
1 Bunch Green Onions, cut
1 1/4c Flour
Pinches of Salt & Pepper
1 Egg
2 tbs. Soy Sauce
1-2 tsp. Korean Chili Flakes (Optional)
1 tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds, Crushed w/ Fingers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt & pepper. Add water & egg and whisk until just combined. Add more water if batter is stiff.
2. Cut onions into 2” long slices, and add these and shrimp to bowl and toss well to coat.
3. Over medium heat, heat 1 tbs. of oil and add 1/4c batter, and spread thinly to cook.
4. Mix up dipping sauce.
