Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 stick Butter
1/2c Wesson Oil
1c Buttermilk
2c Sugar
5 Eggs separated
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1c Shredded Coconut
2c Flour
1/2c Chopped Nuts (pecans)

Icing:
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2c Chopped Nuts
1 stick Butter
1 Box Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, oil, & sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating after each addition.
2. Stir baking soda into buttermilk
3. Add sifted flour into batter, alternating with flour and buttermilk mix.
4. Add vanilla, coconut, and nuts.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Bake @ 325 for 45min. Grease and flour pan.

Icing:
1. Beat cream cheese and butter.
2. Add vanilla, Powdered sugar, and nuts.
3. Continue to beat until spreadable.
