1 pkg Johnsonville Italian Sweet Sausage ( 2 links per person)
1 red, 1 green, 1 orange pepper
1 vidallia onion
1-2" squeeze tomato paste from tube
¼ c chicken stock or wine
EVOO
Tuscan Sunset
Red pepper flakes
Buns
grated parm

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sausage in water until grey throughout (5-10 minutes)
Brown, finish on grill or in pan, (10-15 minutes).

Cut peppers and onions into strips. Sautee over medium/low heat- few turn of pan with EVOO, season with Tuscan Sunset and sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Sautee 1-2 minutes.
Add several inches of paste, stir to combine, and smells fragrant. Add stock or wine, keep moist but CRISP Tender.

Serve on toasted buns, split, but don't cut all the way through, brush with EVOO and sprinkle with parm and black pepper. toast under boiler, a few minutes...WATCH, they burn very easily.
