One pound hamburger
1/2 c Butter
3/4 c Flour
3-4 c milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger, drain grease and set aside. Mix roux by melting butter in a skillet. When melted, add 3/4 c flour and stir together until all mixed and light brown. Stir in 3 cups of milk and bring to light boil, add
in ground beef. Stir until light boil --- add additional milk to your desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
