2-4 lb chuck roast
1 c beef broth
1/4 c peperoncini juice
1 pack of Au jus seasoning
1 pack of dry ranch dressing mix
1 stick of butter
6-8 peperoncinis

Directions:
Directions:
Add steam basket to pressure cooker
Next pour beef broth and peperoncini juice into pot
Place chuck roast on steam basket
Pour Au Jus packet and dry ranch dressing mix onto roast
Top with butter slices and peperoncinis
Set instant pot manually for 90 min
Once cooked use quick release to let steam out
Remove lid and serve immediately
Roast is delicious on its own or
Served with potatoes and Carrots
Shredded for tacos
Vegetable beef soup
