1 c butter
1/4 c cocoa
1 c water
2 eggs
1/2 c buttermilk
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Filling
3/4 c peanut butter

Frosting
1/2 c butter
1/4 c cocoa
1 lb confectioners sugar
6 Tbsp Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt first three ingredients in small saucepan stirring until smooth. Beat remaining
in large bowl. Add chocolate mixture beating well. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake for 35 minutes or until pick comes out clean. When cake has cooled, place peanut butter in small bowl and microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Spread softened peanut butter over cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In medium saucepan heat cocoa and butter until bubbily. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread on cake.
