2 lb. pork tenderloin
¼ c Kentucky bourbon
¼ c soy sauce
¼ c packed brown sugar
3 garlic cloves minced
¼ c Dijon mustard
1 tsp minced fresh ginger or ¼ tsp ground
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ c vegatable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and whisk. Place tenderloins and marinade in a sealed plastic bag (or covered glass dish) refrigerator overnight.

Reserve marinade, baste often while cooking. Intertal temperature 170º.

Grill: tenderloins 4" from a medium flame 15-20 minutes.
Broil: approximately 6" from heat for 16-18 minutes.
Bake: at 450º for 17 -20 minutes.

Slice in ½" thick slices, can be served warm or at room temperature.

Servs 6 as a main dish, more if on a buffet.
