2 packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 package Original Ranch Dressing Mix
½ c. chopped Sweet Red Pepper
½ c. chopped Celery
¼ c. Green Onions
¼ c. chopped Stuffed Olives
4 (10 inch) Flour Tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth (I sometimes use a hand mixer till smooth).
2. Add the red pepper, celery, onions and olives and mix well.
3. Spread ¾ cup of each tortilla out to the edges.
4. Roll up tight, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice and serve.
