1 package Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
1 can pasta sauce, divided
1 tsp dried oregano leaves, divided
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 ½ cups zucchini, chopped
1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced
¾ cup Kraft 4 cheese Italiano shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix stuffing with half each of the pasta sauce and oregano. Add meat; mix well. Pat into 8" square baking dish. Mix zucchini, mushrooms, remaining pasta sauce, and remaining oregano. Spoon evenly over meat mixture; cover with foil. Bake 35 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through. Cut into 4 pieces to serve.
