1 c. sugar
1 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional 1 c. chocolate chips and 1 c. butterscotch chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat, add peanut butter, and stir well. Add to Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl, mixing well. Spread evenly in a buttered 9x13" pan. Melt chocolate chips on low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly on top of the Scotcharoos. For a quicker option, place chips on bars and place in oven, turn broiler on low and keep the door open a crack. Watch carefully and remove when melted. Spread evenly over bars. Let cool and cut.
