1 lb ground beef
Onions
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Onion salt
8 - 10 lasagna noodles
1 cup green peppers
1 cup celery
1 can mushrooms
1 jar pasta sauce
1 can whole or diced tomatoes
1 cup water
Cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with onions, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion salt. Cook lasagna noodles (or use Ready-to-Use noodles). Add green peppers, celery, mushrooms, pasta sauce, tomatoes, and water. Layer meat, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella. Repeat. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º (1 hour if using Ready-to-Use noodles).
