1 10 oz can cream of mushroom
7 c zucchini
1 8 oz sour cream
1 8 oz pkg stove top
1 med onion
1 c carrots (shredded)
¼ c margarine (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan cook squash and onion in 2 c boiling water and ½ t salt. Uncovered for 5 min. Stir once. Drain. Mix soup, carrot, and sour cream then fold in squash mixture. In another bowl mix stuffing mix and marg. Sprinkle ⅔ of stuffing mix into 9x12 dish and add rest of stuffing around edges. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-35 min.
