Dressing


Ingredients:

¼ cup oil
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
2 2/3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp onion, grated
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Store in small covered bowl overnight if time permits.
 

Salad

Ingredients:  
1 large head of Romaine lettuce
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 handful bean sprouts
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Sprinkle cold, crumbled bacon over top, then bean sprouts followed by chopped eggs. Can be prepared to this point, then refrigerated until the last minute. Pour all of the dressing over top. Toss together and serve at once.

Head lettuce can be used instead of Romaine if you require a large quantity. Just add a portion of Romaine for looks.
