1 large bag shredded cabbage
1 large can bean sprouts
4 - 6 green onions
Fresh mushrooms
¾ cup sunflower seeds
2 bags Ichiban noodles
1 can dry chow mein noodles
1 cup oil
8 tbsp soya sauce
6 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 packages Ichiban noodle powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, and mushrooms together in a large bowl. Combine oil, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and Ichiban powder together in a "quick shake" and shake well. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Just before serving, add remaining ingredients to the cabbage mixture and pour on dressing. Mix well and serve.
