1 ½ lb hamburger – browned
2 MED Onion
Strain it
Packet of taco seasoning – 2 packets
2 packets of ranch dressing (buttermilk) in packets
2 cans whole corn
1 can cream corn
Salt
Black beans – negro 1 or 2 cans rinsed
Diced tomatoes – 1 large can petite
Mexine chili powder to taste – tablespoon
Small can of V-8 juice 20 to 30 oz.

TOPPINGS:

Shredded cheese
Onions
Crackers or fritos
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion in skillet.
Drain the grease from it.

Put hamburger in crock pot. add all other ingredients. Cook on medium for 3 or 4 hours or until ready to serve.
Stir occasionally.

Serve with toppings available for use as desired.
