1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
Kosher salt and ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon allspice
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ - 1 pound ground beef
¾ - 1 pound ground pork
1 large egg, plus 1 egg white, beaten
Vegetable oil for brushing

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread crumbs in a large bowl. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onions, allspice, 2 teaspoons salt, and ¼ teaspoon white pepper, cook until onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
Add milk and Worcestershire, bring to a simmering boil. Pour milk mixture over bread crumbs, stir to make a thick paste; let cool. Add beef, pork, egg, and egg white to the bowl and mix until well combined.

Brush baking sheet with oil. Roll meat into 1 inch balls and arrange on baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Bake meatballs 20 to 30 minutes, until cook through.
