- 2 pounds of 80/20 ground beef
- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 package of dry onion soup mix
- 1 green pepper
- ½ bag of rice

Directions:
Directions:
Start out by preheating your oven to 350º. Dice the pepper up and set aside. Cook rice according to the instructions. Mix hamburger, sausage, rice, peppers and dry onion soup mix. Form into a loaf and bake for 1 to 1½ hours. Top with ketchup or a spicy ketchup as Ken and Connie like. Then enjoy.
